Yes. Our e-signatures are AATL certified with GlobalSign digital certificates using RSA 4096-bit encryption in PAdES + CAdES format. Every signature includes RFC 3161 certified timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and SHA256 document hashes. Adobe Acrobat automatically displays a green checkmark, no configuration needed. Your signed documents carry the same legal standing as handwritten signatures.

You can sign PDF files natively. DOCX and DOC files are automatically converted to PDF upon upload, so you can work with virtually any document format.

Multi-wave signing lets you define sequential signing groups. Wave 1 signers must complete before Wave 2 receives their invitation. Each wave supports four participant types: signers, approvers, copy recipients, and notification recipients.

Mandatory 2FA is required before any signature. Signers can be authenticated via SMS verification codes, voice calls, or custom security questions that you define during setup. This ensures only the intended signer can access and sign the documents, superior to paper signatures which capture no identity verification.
