More integrations coming based on demand
Yes. Our e-signatures are eIDAS compliant and AATL certified with GlobalSign digital certificates using RSA 4096-bit encryption in PAdES + CAdES format. Every signature includes RFC 3161 certified timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and SHA256 document hashes. Adobe Acrobat automatically displays a green checkmark — no configuration needed. Your signed documents carry the same legal standing as handwritten signatures.
You can sign PDF files natively. DOCX and DOC files are automatically converted to PDF upon upload, so you can work with virtually any document format.
Multi-wave signing lets you define sequential signing groups. Wave 1 signers must complete before Wave 2 receives their invitation. Each wave supports four participant types: signers, approvers, copy recipients, and notification recipients.
Mandatory 2FA is required before any signature. Signers can be authenticated via SMS verification codes, voice calls, or custom security questions that you define during setup. This ensures only the intended signer can access and sign the documents — superior to paper signatures which capture no identity verification.
All documents are protected with AES-256 encryption. Digital signatures use GlobalSign AATL certificates with RSA 4096-bit keys stored in Azure HSM, in PAdES + CAdES format. Every signature includes RFC 3161 certified timestamps and embedded OCSP/CRL data for Long-Term Validation (LTV) — signatures remain verifiable indefinitely, even after certificate expiry. Complete audit trails are SHA256-hashed for tamper detection. All data is stored exclusively on Canadian servers (Azure Canada East & Central).
Yes. You can configure automatic document actions that trigger when signing is complete: archive to Equisoft/Connect or SharePoint, send via secure external link (Law 25 / PIPEDA compliant), or route to the Operations module for compliance review. More options are added based on demand.
Yes. Every Tchat N Sign signature includes RFC 3161 certified timestamps from GlobalSign TSA and embedded OCSP/CRL data (Long-Term Validation). This proves the signature was created while the certificate was valid — the Adobe green checkmark remains indefinitely. Critical for insurance documents requiring verification 30+ years after signing.
Yes. The signing experience is 100% responsive and works on any device — smartphone, tablet, or desktop. No app download required. Signers simply click the link in their email and sign directly in their browser.
Tchat N Sign currently supports archiving to SharePoint and Equisoft/Connect, secure external delivery via compliant links (Law 25 / PIPEDA), and routing to the Operations module for MGA compliance workflows. Additional integrations are developed based on client demand.
